Tony Tona

Partner, Business Coach, & Trainer

Tony is a warm and inviting coach with a rare ability to create a supportive atmosphere where clients feel safe to share, explore solutions, and grow. His methodical and systematic approach helps business owners stay focused and accountable to taking consistent action on their top priorities. With a sharp eye for detail, Tony is known for keeping his clients on track through precise note-taking and clear documentation of their goals and action plans.

In just two years, Tony rose to become one of the top 5 global coaches, earned the title of Regional East Coach of the Year, and quickly became a Partner in the firm — contributing to ActionCOACH Tampa Bay’s ranking as #1 in the U.S. and top 3 globally ranked. He now co-coaches and trains new coaches, helping elevate the firm’s excellence and impact. Tony also serves in leadership roles within the BNI Tampa Chapter in St. Pete and the St. Pete Chamber Ambassador Council. He is a dynamic speaker, regularly invited to present on topics including sales, time management, and communication.

Tony’s personal mission as a coach is rooted in a powerful story: “I remember a young man who had to close his business. Guilt-ridden, he said, ‘I stay up at night wondering what I could have done differently.’ That moment stuck with me. I knew I could have helped him — and I wanted to make business coaching the vehicle to ensure others never have to ask that question alone.”

His coaching philosophy is guided by the mantra, “Baby Step it,” inspired by the movie What About Bob? — helping clients move forward with achievable, consistent progress.

In addition to coaching, Tony has completed his first book, aimed at inspiring future generations to seek faith and recognize the blessings in everyday life. His favorite quote is: “Knowledge is basically useless without action. Get an ActionCOACH!” — Tony Tona.

Tony and his wife Jeannie have been married for 39 years. They’ve raised two adult sons and are now the proud Papa and Gigi to three grandchildren under the age of three. Tony is a lifelong car enthusiast — especially passionate about Ford Mustangs — and a secret Star Trek fan (though he promises not to wear a uniform!). On weekends, you might find him floating in his pool with a good book, tending to his lawn, or camping beside a river in Cherokee, NC — his favorite spot to recharge.

Among his hidden talents: carrying on the Italian family tradition of making homemade lasagna for Christmas.

Tony also loves to learn and grow. Favorite books include Quiet Leadership for its neuroscience-based coaching insights, and Success God’s Way by Charles Stanley, which offers a faith-based perspective on business success.

One of Tony’s favorite client stories involved a young entrepreneur who, like many business owners, was frustrated with Time, Team, and Money challenges — too many opportunities, not enough structure, and a struggling team. Initially hesitant amid a move, staff turnover, and competing coaching programs, she embraced Tony’s process. Within a year, she built a high-performing team, took a full month off for her wedding and honeymoon while her business thrived, and drove more than 50% revenue growth. Today, she is a raving fan and passionate advocate for the power of coaching.

Tony drinks sparkling peach & pear water and runs on Dunkin’ Donuts coffee. Whether coaching one-on-one, training new coaches, or speaking to audiences large and small, Tony is driven by a deep passion to help others take bold steps forward — one “baby step” at a time.

Juliet Kyes

Managing Partner & Business Coach

Juliet joined the firm less than a month before her parents and co-founders opened the firm’s doors in 2007. She has grown over the years into a well-connected and respected business leader with a drive for excellence and making an impact in her local community. Her clients would describe her as easy to talk to, positive, organized, systematic, caring and a creative thinker. She has a unique ability to take complex concepts and make it easy to understand. She has given her time to numerous organizations over the years including serving as a Board Member for St Pete Chamber and Chair of the Ambassadors – even achieving the honor of Member of the Year. She has also served as a leader in BNI Tampa for the region and her St. Pete based chapter passing over one million dollars in closed business in the last seven years and being recognized as Member of the Year and Inviter of the Year. She consistently implements the tools and concepts taught to clients in the firm she manages – and the team has accomplished a growth of over 200% in the last 5 years and now ranks #1 in the US and #3 in the world in their international franchise spanning over 80 countries.

Juliet and her wife Jennifer both share a passion for travel and entrepreneurship. Jennifer is a travel advisor that focuses on creating amazing memories and luxury experiences for business owners who now have the freedom to travel thanks to coaching. They have a 15-year-old yorkie, Sasha, that still has puppy-like energy spirits. Juliet recently accomplished a long-time goal of taking 12 trips in 12 months, some trips spanned several weeks and included bucket list locations like Alaska, Hawaii, and the Mediterranean. Juliet is a fan of sparkling water and leans towards basic flavors like lime and lemon. Her coffee order is an oat or almond milk iced latte with no sugar. Her favorite quote is “you miss 100% of the shots you don’t take” by hockey hall of famer, Wayne Gretzky.

One of Juliet’s favorite client stories was a client that came to her after investing over hundred thousand with a consulting company that came in for 5 weeks and left him just as fast as they came with a mountain of debt from interest and loads of confusion without the guidance to implement what they delivered. Within one year this same client was able to get himself out of the field by hiring a reliable team, build new sales relationships, implement new marketing campaigns, reduce AR by over 50% and double their revenue. This client has just recently hired a salesperson to replace himself as the only salesperson and has the vision to continue to grow by double digits each year while enjoying his renewed sense of freedom.
