Purpose First Mastermind

Purpose First Mastermind is a curated, high level peer experience for business owners operating at scale. Built for owners with $4M plus in assets under management, it brings together leaders managing multiple businesses, larger teams, or fast growth and complexity.

This is not another training or tactics session. It is designed to add what coaching and development often cannot: the insight, perspective, and real world experience of peers who are navigating the same level of decision making.

A coach opens with a focused 10 to 15 minute framework on the topic, then the session shifts into a professionally facilitated mastermind discussion. You bring where you feel stuck, unclear, or under leveraged, and the room helps you see new angles, stronger options, and next steps. Attendance is limited to fewer than 15 owners to keep the conversation high value.

  1. Due to the nature of our services and the commitment required from both coach and client, we do not offer refunds on coaching programs, workshops, event tickets, or digital products. All sales are considered final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
  2. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event you are unable to attend a scheduled session or event, a one-time courtesy rescheduling may be granted under certain circumstances, subject to availability and at our discretion.
  3. If you choose to cancel participation in an event after registering, no refund will be issued. If you need to cancel your coaching agreement, you can see the cancellation policy stated in your agreement.
