  1. Due to the nature of our services and the commitment required from both coach and client, we do not offer refunds on coaching programs, workshops, event tickets, or digital products. All sales are considered final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.
  2. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In the event you are unable to attend a scheduled session or event, a one-time courtesy rescheduling may be granted under certain circumstances, subject to availability and at our discretion.
  3. If you choose to cancel participation in an event after registering, no refund will be issued. If you need to cancel your coaching agreement, you can see the cancellation policy stated in your agreement.
